The Garden
One of our goals is to be as self-sufficient as we can given our property and work schedule and to develop a medieval vegetable and herb garden which will include a variety of medicinal herbs and dye plants.
There's not much here yet apart from notes from an early experiment with growing and processing linen flax for spinning.
